There we go. Back on track. Workout planned for tomorrow. Left shoulder is a bit dinged, so will focus on light weights and a ton of reps for my lateral and front raises, get that joint stabilized. I had the same issue on my right a couple of weeks ago, and that turned the trick.
162.4 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 71.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
