I had food poisoning Monday, now recovered and leveling off. Yesterday I was struck with the desire to eat everything and have all the gin martinis even though I had a big meeting this morning. Anxiety. Distress that my MIL is coming and I have to do a lot to prep for her 10 day stay because we have a small space. I stopped myself. I did not binge. Some unexpected things I’m appreciating about IF is I get fuller faster, so I can split something with my hubs and save money. I used to have 4-5 drinks a week, now it’s 0 or 1. I should celebrate that I did hit 130. With exercise and no eating methodology adjustment I was struggling at 136 not budging for over a year. The weight is finally coming off.
