Had dinner with my Dad last night at his favorite restaurant. I had the Grilled Wild Salmon with 2 servings of veggies instead of potatoes. Dry mixed green salad, water with lemon and decaf coffee. My DAD was shocked at my healthy choices, "What! are you dieting again?!" Nope, just eating healthy and watching my calorie intake. I skipped the Crème Brulee too much to my dismay.
110.6 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
