I started doing yoga again yesterday. This week I also started having a protein shake for breakfast every day as opposed to not eating until evening.
106.7 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
