I've been preoccupied with other things that I haven't been on this app for awhile other than using it to check something new I'm about to eat. As of today I'm going to be doing a 3km walk on my treadmill and 3km on my exercise bike every morning after I've hydrated. I'm also going to be doing weights every 3rd day. I've relaxed a bit from counting everything I eat to live more freely in my chances, like last Thursday I had 8 slices of pizza and 2 chicken wings 😂 yeah it was a bit much but you got to enjoy life. I've been stressing about my sleep schedule and I've finally just said F it I'm going to sleep when I feel like it and wake up when I want. I've been looking for work but with my slight vertigo at the moment I haven't had much luck. Hope everyone is well and the new year is treating you right.

Welcome back, I'd been wondering about how you're going. Go easy on yourself, and baby steps. Committing to all that time in the treadmill and bike sounds great, but is it realistic? If yes, then that's fantastic. If not, then how down might you feel when you do not meet your goal? It's great to know you've accepted that you'll sleep when you feel the need, that's awesome! Taking that pressure off, letting go of what we thing we "*should*" be doing works wonders. 💚

Dr's haven't resolved the vertigo issue yet? So sorry, that's a bummer no wonder its difficult to sleep well let alone function properly through the day. My daily exercise consisted of treadmill slight incline walking 1hr with around 45 mins of floor and handweight exercises. Those exercises strengthened and toned my muscles and I believe, were beneficial and the high factor to my losing weight. It was difficult to commit to every morning as I had so many other much needed household chores and studies to do. It required forcing myself to get up early before sunrise to focus and dedicate to complete each set of exercises. I found it achievable, cooler and peaceful watching the day appear. I suggest to reduce the monotony, rotate the treadmill and bike each day but stick to the weights daily. You go Bear!!!
