Todays rant about weight loss.
I am a victim of the 50's, a fat baby meant that you were prosperous, able to care for your child. The person who birthed me was feeding me rice cereal and whole milk in my bottle every time I opened my mouth. I had rolls of fat!

Then we slide into the 60's when I am in junior high, "eat everything on your plate, think of the starving children in Biafra". "Sit at the table until you have finished everything"!

There were no organized sports for girls then, we might damage our uteruses! So even though I grew up on a farm with plenty of chores I was a big girl.

I hate having to think about food ALL OF THE TIME! I have a friend (loosely stated) who "out of concern" loves to fat shame. Wow you don't think I struggle with my weight all of the time, gee weird.
I hate being hungry all of the time, I hate having my weight pointed out all of the time, I hate that I struggle so much with weight. Why does it have to be a constant?
113.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 25.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
