First entry: I have been doing IF (16/8) for about 2,5 weeks now, calorie counting and keeping a LCHP diet. The weight seems to be dropping like never before-having been stuck at 76/77 for 5 years despite countless days doing cardio. It’s true that diet is more important than exercise. I also added a protein shake to my diet, so, I have lunch, nuts in the afternoon and protein shake for dinner and 2L of water.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
