Well my resolve dissolved last night, had wine with dinner again. Although to my credit I have had 15 of 18 days without a glass of wine with a noon or evening meal. This is the best record in 3 plus years! Makes me sound like a drunk but that is not it, I like wine with food. Exactly my downfall, I do not drink to excess, I do not ever get drunk. I stop at the hint of a buzz, I never drive. Needless, empty calories that sabotage weight loss.
111.7 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
