Had my gastric band deflated yesterday as after six years of being sick after every meal I really lack nutrients and have two small hernias. Hoping I will now be able to lose my last stone in weight by eating sensibly and better than I have been. Gastric band helped me lose 8 stone but side effects have just become unbearable now.
