Great workout tonight after work. Hit everything to failure, dropped down in weight with no rest, then did that until I hit failure again. Feel awesome, hoping to induce some hypertrophy, not that I'm not happy with leaning out, but I'd like to see a bit more muscle on me, the gains like I had a couple of weeks ago.
166.0 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 75.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
