Well I ended up putting on all the weight and then some since restrictions loosened with Covid over the last year. Also had a back injury making exercising as extinct as the dinosaurs, but I’m back on the healthy track. Renewed my gym membership and started tracking my food again. For some reason I forgot how important and taxing this at times can be, but it’s a lifestyle, not a diet. Which is easier than on would think to forget this. Life has ups and downs, just as our weight does. I remind my self that it’s not the goal or special number I’m hoping to see with all my efforts, but about the journey, embrace it.
89.3 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
