broke the 300 mark today. happy about that. very happy. down to size 40 pants. xl underoos from size 48 pants and xxxl underoos. feels good. now to focus in I'm going to celebrate this weekend and then back on track.
135.6 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
