Surprised there is still a loss. Haven’t logged or really adhered to anything. That dirty dog of depression was hounding me this week and hash browns seemed to help. But that only made me feel worse and inflame my joints. I guess having a house with no carbs has helped and was able to make healthy food choices when out, apart from the hash browns lol. Well today is another day, and so will be tomorrow.
