Well I have gone from having the trots to a cold and chest infection....no excuse for gaining weight but haven't had the time or inclination to try...feeling v sorry for myself today....BUT I am back calorie counting as I need to feel in control of what I am putting into my body...funnily enough having all of the stomach upsets I have had recently has not made me lose my appetite once.....the benefits of being a greedy person....plain and simple..
