Got a nice workout in today. Focused on proper form, slow reps, no momentum swinging. So even though I didn't lift as heavy, I feel like I got a good work on my muscles. My arms definitely liked it. 💪💪
168.6 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 77.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
