lots of binging and hoarding food in my room. i always seem to cave at night and lose complete self control. i was almost at my highest weight ever again. my eating is very chaotic:(
61.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
