No change in my weight, but seeing changes in my body. I can only attribute it to muscle gain. Since January 2, down 2 inches on my waist and hips, up 1.5 inches on my biceps, and up an astonishing 4 inches on my chest. My workouts are working, I'm stronger, I feel better, and I'm taking better care of myself. So I gotta try to stay positive.
169.6 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 78.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
