ate a ton of sodium yesterday. Only 7 weeks pregnant but constantly hungry ALLLLL the time!
61.9 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm a big proponent of vitamins! I was just reminding myself that I need to remember to take them or I get voracious! You're probably already taking a prenatal supplement with extra iron, but in case you're not, I just thought I'd mention it. :)

I take a prenatal but what kinds have extra Iron? Mine has 28mg of it!
