Slight gain, probably just some water weight. Did eat a tad heavy this morning after the workout, that likely didn't help either. Taking two days off from weights, will get back to it on Friday, my day off.

Getting better definition in my upper back, but still have a long ways to go.
170.2 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 79.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
