Well first weigh in its actually 2 weeks found site a week after I got serious about it. 2 week intervals is what I'm going to use. Ta da down 6.8 lbs. Don't you just hate serious people weighing in tenths. LAM
89.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
