Went to football game yesterday with my granddaughter, did my best with the menu at breakfast. Chose a frittata with goat cheese, squash, pears, arugula and sunflower seeds. It was yummy and only ate 75%. Hard to gauge calories. Didn't get lunch because the GD started her period and puked up our lovely breakfast and didn't feel right about eating plus stadium food is outrageously expensive and terrible for you. Love the garlic fries though! Day 4 no wine!
112.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
