Not worried about the gain. Been lifting, and getting strong results. Crazy scary. In two days, 1" off my waist, 1" gained in my chest, biceps 1/2" bigger, forearms 1/2" bigger.

Still eating right. Tomorrow I work out again, will be focusing on pecs, delts, traps and lats. Sunday will be arms and lower body.
171.6 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 80.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
