Day 1 of Mindful Eating and Journalling -
7am - Herbal tea 9.30am - Three chicken strips 11am - Coffee 1pm - Lentils + semolina one pot 3 pm - Tea 4 pm - Was offered a stollen bite, succumbed to it (never mind!)
Feeling really full. Drank 5 glasses of water so far! Aiming for 3 more before end of day.
Water seems to be the secret to fighting snack cravings. Hopefully tomorrow being the weekend, things won't go too pear-shaped!
