Best lunch ever! 1 mission carb balance flour tortilla (15 g of fiber), Hormel natural choice honey ham, lettuce, tomatoe, 1 T Ranch dressing, 1T light Italian dressing. Stuff everthing in tortilla and yum! Under 300 cal. You could add red onion, bell peppers, cokes, whatever you like.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
