Lost that other pound I found. Well, that's not what I think happened...but anyway, back on track. Workout tomorrow morning, I'm ready, really amped up for it.
172.0 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 81.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
