There is a reason why it is called as a challenge and its really challenging to keep healthy schedule going.I have been keeping well my daily 30 minutes cycling plan along with a normal healthy food schedule. Yesterday I had to attend friends wedding and I wasn't able to resist good food and desserts!! I ate bit more than what I usually do and it was adding more guilt because it was high calorie food.. Bad calories bring other linked temptations and since I broke my routing I was tempted to have a cigerate..Goood -bad I dont know but it reduces my workout stamina. I stept with a guilty feeling but I kept all -ve energy inside and I decided to burn that all -ve enery inside me by riding a bicycle..I rode with a better pace today and covered 12.47km in 30 mins..Its my best time in past 20 days!!!
