This diet is making me miserable. I am barley eating anything, the food I do eat sucks, and I feel like I am restricting myself for no reason since I’m not even losing weight. I live a very active lifestyle, it doesn’t even make sense that the numbers on the scale won’t drop. I am feeling extremely frustrated. 😤
62.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like a diet doomed for failure. Give something new a shot, ultimately every diet cones down to calories in vs calories out. You don't need to be miserable to lose weight. Good luck finding something that works for you and keep at it 👍

Tried keto or intermittent fasting? Or both together - they call it "speed keto". Bloody hate keto, but it definitely gets the scales moving the right direction.

It took me 3 years to lose 5 kilos. The scales bounced up and down for ages, and I think it is due to my recent increase in physical activity that the kilos finally dropped. Unless your goal is unrealistic it will finally happen. You just need to figure out what works for. I read that sometimes eating too few calories can backfire. Good luck with it and give yourself a break over the year end festivities.
