Well..... my weight was down 2 yesterday......bak up 2 today. Weigh in the same as last week. AGAIN......
70.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you might try dropping your calories to closer to 1200 to drop those remaining pounds, you are getting so close.

You know by now that Those 2 little lbs are no biggie. Might be water weight, or who knows what? but girl, you are SOOO CLOSE! And look how far you've come! Don't sweat the small stuff, just rejoice in knowing that YOU'RE ALMOST THERE! Then comes the fun part of just continuing to make wise food choices & weighing in & tracking your food intake, if that is part of your regime. CONGRATULATIONS ~~ You've got it made! :)
