I am very pleased with my self. This is a slow and steady downward weight loss. I have 12 days(with Christmas!) which I have already started adding up my food and drink for the day! To reach my first major goal of just under 80 kg. Thank you so much for all your support throughput my journey so far! Wow I love Christmas food!!!!
