Moonflow23 your weigh ins look a lot like mine over the years. I found a company called Epicure. They have a program called the Epic Life Program. They have a Facebook page for it. I have learned so much from them. I have learned to eat a well balanced diet and their products have made cooking fun amd enjoyable. They taught me that I could make healthy great tasting food amd enjoy eating while losing weight. I had never done this before. Check them out and see if it is something that you could incorporate into your daily life. I know you want to lose the weight and get healthier. I was/am in the same boat as you. I believe you have it in you just like I did but never knew how to achieve the success long term. I finally learned this at 54 years old. I know you can learn also and that you can achieve that goal of 200 lbs.
