This broke me today. Why am I torturing myself and not losing weight? I want to give up!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you know you’re in a deficit then keep going. Sometimes it’s tricky, there’s water, and bowel. Some days you poop more than others, especially in a deficit where the volume is low

Weight will always fluctuate even when you are losing. Try not to get worked up over fluctuations. You got this.
