it was very hard to only stay on the treadmill for just 30 minutes after being off of it for nearly 3 weeks however doctors orders are doctors orders and I had to stick to them but knowing that I was on it I do feel better mentally and physically cheers to being back
142.0 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
