I weighed myself three times this morning, even moving the scale to three different places, to make sure this was right...lol. I'll take it! Praise the Lord :)
151.8 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
