Since I usually have my cell phone with me, I've been using the My Fitness Pal along with the My Fitness App to keep track of my food and biking. I really like the Fitness Pal as you can scan the bar codes for the food you're eating and select the serving size. It works for almond milk, greek yogurt and other foods that have a bar code. That is why I stopped tracking here. Hope all are doing well and continuing to get healthy!
85.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My Fatsecret has an phone app as well with the same features, barcode scanning, serving size selection etc. I use it with my phone and tablet when Im on the go. I use the website when Im at my desk on the the computer all day... check it out!
