horrible week eatingz, no exercise
97.3 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 42.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

Well snap out of girl and get to it. Go to Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". They have great quotes, pics recipes, etc. It always seems to remotivate me and get me back on track. Now get it to! What have you got to lose???? Lol (pun intended).
