I have been off the ball but I started walking again for the last two days and trying to get back on track with my eating. No more excuses when you don't do what you know needs to be done they come back on :-(
79.8 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
