2nd day doing Bodyweight resistance workout yesterday. 1st day (Sunday) I was so sore the next day. Today much less. The body is amazing how it can build strength where needed when required/called upon to do so.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
