Wow! working hard is working. I fell down a few thimes but logged my food and continued with the exercise. I still don't take pain meds for my hip. That's the best part!!! I started my Christmas baking but haven't had a taste. That's a huge test for me. I especially count on everyone's hearts for their support. thank you!
