Did some yoga today after atleast 2 years. I thought I would find it hard but as soon as I started, it felt like I was catching up with a good ol friend! Our bodies have amazing muscle memory!
66.5 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
