again away for the weekend but Hurray did not gain, hoped today when I weighed in I would have dropped below that 180 mark, feeling more positive today though determined to weigh in later this week and have dropped under, while I was away bought myself a new pair of jeans, felt great being able to walk up to the rail and pick up a size 16 try em on and the fit great.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Suzi161 on this occasion it was great not to gain, but the last four weeks have not dropped but stayed in about the same, and thanks I did not binge or comfort ear as I was so tempted.
