Weight has restarted going back down!!
I'm a happy camper again. I had
a lot of trouble getting in enough of everything
the past 2 days. Maybe I was eating too much.
I was staying to the plan, so I dont know why my weight
loss stopped. I am swimming again!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 47.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
