YIPPEE scale is going down! I'm so proud...keep up the good work!! It sure was fun shopping this weekend for new clothes, was past time to purchase some new ones!

83.3 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg. Still to go: 15.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on the lost poundage, now there is less to carry around every day, good for you!

Michelle isn't buying new clothes the best. I changed my closet over to summer stuff and am taking two huge bags to a local charity for their thrift store. Felt good to get these items that I knew were too big but continued to wear out of the house.
