Hi there I’m still going with the fast 50 hrs into a 120hr fast I’m just on water and black tea. I had a 30min weight session today with my personal trainer and felt good. I know I can keep going I’ve always wanted to do a 5 day fast to help heal my body which is recommended every 6 months but please consult your Dr. So I’ll be happy to get this done and get back to a normal eating. I’m looking forward to a sunrise workout for vitamin D positive and 😃 keep up the goid work FS Famz and thanks for support it helps 🤗

That's amazing... I have just heard a bit more about fasting for health... My longest was 3 days but it was for faith based reasons... I really don't remember the physical effects as that wasn't my focus - must have been ok or I'd remember if something went wrong 😀 Hope you get what you want from giving it a shot... takes a lot of discipline 👍

Im in my 4th day of fasting I feel good I didn’t think I could get this far I can tell you one thing that has helped me is meditation just staying mentally focused and not stressing through the day is a game changer. I can tell you some of the benefits I read up from doing a 5-7 day fast Is Mental clarity also your blood sugar comes down Ketones are high for energy and fat burning is maximised. Your insulin levels go down and there’s a big increase in growth hormone which is the hormone that keeps you young. Fasting is the most potent thing you can do as an anti inflammatory and your is healing as there is less digestion going on. Having said that it’s true my mental clarity is awesome my breathing is much clearer I can feels my knee pain has gone must be the anti inflammatory effect as I’m running up the stairs now but clicking of my knees is there but no pain lol I feel the urge to keep moving today I just kept walking my family got worried lol but all in all I feel good I can’t wait to get to double digits but I’ll be finishing my fast on the 6th day wish me luck.
