Not surprised the weight is back up today. We had a school function to attend, and didn't get dinner until 8:30 - I knew I shouldn't order the philly cheesesteak sandwich, but it sounded so good!

Well, these setbacks are still OK - just going to be better today and tomorrow, still gotta get to that 229
105.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think we're both learning a tough lesson about those little splurges. I'm super glad you sound determined though. I'm sad about my gain but no less determined to make this happen!
