It works for me because I also have type 2 diabetes, eat only fruits with low fructose and not have sugar at home, when guests come I ask the one in my usual bar, you know that I have visitors.

There is no shame in failing, next time would be better.
If your plan is to loose weight try to divide your specified calories intake inl 4 to 5 small meals per day , it did help keeping me full. And as Mr Yago said above, try to include fruits in your diet.
Keep up the good work.

yeah I yo-yoed for about 10 years trying to do something like this and then I found out it doesn't matter as long as your calories are in check. being super strict has never worked, and I don't think it works for most people either.

You should include sweet things to your day like protein bars or peanut butter jelly sandwich)) I also started watching my diet 6 weeks postpartum. I stopped eating carbs like rice and pasta, bread, more veggies and my milk is fine. I believe you don’t need carbs for your milk. What you need is nursing your baby more often it will work as Demand- offer scheme.

You will be fine. We all fall off, just need to get back on. I know you are craving sweets, just try to make the right choice. I know it is easy to say. Get some healthy sweets so that you can turn to them instead. Kind protein bars are what I turn to when I feel a sweet tooth coming on. You should be proud how far you have come. Keep up the hard fight!!!!!
