I ran my first ten miler this Saturday. Been going to Weight Watchers meetings as of two Thursdays ago. I've lost weight going to the meetings...and being "on Program". I had been at a plateau for a while and that is coming down.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
