Wow, when you eat less of everything, especially salt, you really pay for it when you have movie popcorn! My mouth feels terrible this morning!

still need to get those last two pounds off, didn't make it in 4 weeks, might still make it by Thursday - but even if that doesn't happen, I'm not giving up, as I would have in the past!
