Okay, I usually only weigh myself once a week because you can have daily fluctuations but I was curious today. Last night at work my pants kept slipping and so did the equipment I carry. And sure enough I am down another 2+ pounds! I may feel like I have been hit by a bus but I weight less!! LOL So now I am about 7 pounds away from my first goal of 225!! Then I get to set a new goal!!

Okay, so the major changes I have made are: 1 - Cut out soda. If I break down and have a soda, it is a small one - usually at work while I am on lunch. Otherwise I drink water, naturally sweetened juice or iced tea. And 2 - I have started to have a Slim Fast for breakfast and/or lunch but only a couple days a week. And these two things into me running around like crazy at work for 4 to 8 hours 4 to 5 days a weeks and so far the weight has come off fairly easily. Fingers crossed it stays that way!!
105.3 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
