First off, Hi to my new supporters 👋😁.

Put weight on this week, started a new job and been naughty at work eating Gregg's breakfasts in mornings and then Fish Chip shop food for lunch. Not good!
94.8 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week

Quite normal after a new routine. Can you cook something healthy in avance? Have healthy snacks at work and maybe two satisfying meals before/after work? Wish me luck, same challenge next week with new job too. We can to this!

@Cherry, thank you. Few birthday drinks today so don't expect the scales to be my friend come next week weight in! @Dee, normally get up a couple hours before work and prepare healthy baits, chicken/tuna/ham salad wraps and take volvic flavoured water for drinks but my boss picked up for work and likes his Gregg's breakfasts so fell into his routine after working some long days. Thank you for the helpful suggestions and advice, will have a today off and get back on track over the weekend 😁.

@sunshine, it's not going bad thanks, hungover today from birthday drinks and a day off yesterday. Back at work now though.
