Apparently eating a lot doesn't help you lose weight
74.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. Keep your head high and keep pushing.

It may no be eating a lot that is the problem, it may be what you are eating that is stalling you...write it all down and don't give up hope, it will come if you are doing the right things, eating healthy and exercise is the assurance to a weight loss program...you can do it..Never beat yourself up!

Yup, wouldn't it be nice to eat all we wanted and stay fit and trim. I noticed you're not logging your food, it would be good to do that, then you'll find out how much you can eat and what to eat to lose. Good luck to you, you can do this.
